Regarding the FLEXPART receptor output option, Stephan introduced a possibility to deal with receptors above the ground; in this modified kernel approach, the kernel width can be specified as an input parameter; temporally variable receptors (aircrafts, ships,…) would be useful, but currently not implemented; Stephan agreed to look into implementing a scheme with modified (user specified) kernel width in Version 9.2+ of FLEXPART as the presently hardcoded kernel width appears to be quite big.
