From the experience gained with Fukushima, it was agreed that the washout coefficients in FLEXPART need to be re-evaluated.

Perhaps it's worth mentioning that I've been intending to look into this for a number of volcanic gases in FLEXPART-WRF.

FYI, I had some experience when FLEXPART underestimated NOx wet deposition.
