Description
We propose that the Wiki system is opened to all registered users
We further propose to ask users to voluntarily provide information on their affiliation and country; a wiki page will be created

I have transformed http://transport.nilu.no/flexpart/flexpart-and-flextra-users into a trac wiki table. I think it is more realistic to use this as starting point and then ask users to update their entry (or add it if missing). Also I think we already agreed that the NILU site would be transferred to the flexpart.eu site.
My only question: shall I split that into two separate flexPART and flexTRA user wiki pages (eliminiating thus 1 column), or keep it as it is?
