GRIB2 CONVERSION FAILED! error in flex_extract

Description

I am facing this error intermittently while downloading ERA5 data. This does not happen to all jobs that get submitted for a particular interval of data download. So, I am not sure what is causing this behaviour.

I am using the flex_extract_v7.1.3 dev branch on the ECMWF Bologna server.
The met files are downloaded successfully but this errors comes while converting the files into GRIB2 format.
