Description
The new precipitation disaggregation with two additional fields per step (e.g., hourly in case of 3-h data) has been implemented in flex_extract, but many data, esp. ERA5, have already been extracted with the old scheme.
Therefore we need a tool to extract and process only the precip fields with the new method, and optionally replace the fields in the EN-files.
