Implement the new precipitation interpolation method using fields at 2 additional times as introduced in
A conservative reconstruction scheme for the interpolation of extensive quantities in the Lagrangian particle dispersion model FLEXPART by Sabine Hittmeir, Anne Philipp, and Petra Seibert, ​https://gmd.copernicus.org/articles/11/2503/2018/

Note that these fields can be produced in flex_extract v7.1.2+ (see ​https://www.flexpart.eu/flex_extract/)
