#103 fixed FLEXWRFV3.1 runtime probIems (about IOUTPUTFOREACHREL and NAGECLASS) jbrioude tauhonson
Description

Hi, everyone I was able to run FLEXWRF sucessfully, but there was a problem in the flxout output file.

when IOUTPUTFOREACHREL=1 (let NUMPOINT=n), if NAGECLASS>2 then I found that the concentration field caused by previous n-1 release sites of all age classes was only domain-wide ZERO. And if I did nothing except change NAGECLASS to 2, the concentration output for all n release sites were reasonable.

I am not sure if there was a bug within FLEXWRF? I would appreciate if you do me a favor.

Best regards.

#116 fixed FLEXPART-WRF v3.2 runtime segmentation fault jbrioude tauhonson
Description

Hi,everyone: I could successfully compile FLEXPART-WRF v3.2 with intel, the exe of flexwrf32_intel_serial works just fine to finish simulation; however, when I type mpiexec -n 6 ./flexwrf32_intel_mpi flex..., it stops soon with error message:

Allocating fields for nested and global output (x,y): 100 100

I previously used FLEXPART-WRF v3.2 with pgi13.7 smoothly in another cluster. I have to build FLEXPART-WRF v3.2 in this new cluster which is not installed with pgi. I would appreciate it if someone do me a favor.
