Can someone please help me with the list of species can be simulated using FLEXPART 10.3.

There is no such list, because there is no limitiation. FLEXPART does not work with predefined species, rather, in your SPECIES files, you have to define the properties of each species, and there is no limitation. You can have as many as you want, even though some species are provided with suggested values.
