Description
As FLEXPART_9.2_beta is available now, we need also a "Version"
FLEXPART 9.2 beta
In the future, please for each upload of a new tarball automatically create a corresponding Version.

We should have the beta version separately, as we will collect bugs etc. for the beta version and they should be fixed before final 9.2 goes online.
Then, bugs for 9.2 will be collected under 9.2.
Therefore beta is needed!
