FIX: Remove flex_extract v7.1 from ECMWF server before new installation

Description
Currently, flex_extract overwrites current files within a new installation. This does not remove old files which are not needed anymore. This may leed to errors sometimes.
Therefore, during the installation process, search for an existing installation and remove it before the new installation is done.
