that s an legal issue
The user gave us their emails for
registering
and notification if they issue a ticket
We (ZAMG) as Provider are not allowed to use this emails for any other purpose
and can not give this emails to third party
A way around this would be
to issue a TERMS OF USE for flexpart.eu
and have the user explicitly agree on them
(so to change the registration procedure)
BUT IF you have TERMS OF USE they have to be done by a lawyer (and be translated into English)
cause if they are non standard they have to hold
that will cost money (our legal department just said NO WAY)
that we don t have
