| Description |
Maybe we could consider updating the file "dates" on the fly. Sometimes FLEXPART may crash for other reasons than the model and yet you want to work with the results. It is not problematic to manually (or by a script) generate it a posteriori, but it maybe it could be considered as a small enhancement in newer versions if it is worth the effort. |

(from minutes of FpDev Workshop 2012) Regarding coding standards, it was agreed that coding standards would be useful. Stephan sent out the “European Standards for Writing and Documenting Exchangeable Fortran 90 Code” from the COSMO consortium (see Pirmins email: this standard is not restricted to COSMO), which is a quite lengthy document; FLEXPART coding standards shall be much more condensed and simpler; AS to send out first version of coding standards by e-mail |
