Description
The developers agreed they would like to have the following permissions in the system:

There s a lot of mixup here
as I ve stated before there are no individual rights in the system
there are tasks defined that have certain rights
and they get assigned to a usergroups
so this list has to be split up
please define what you would like to do
and then we can assign the necessary rights for a defined task
TRAC_ADMIN has ALL rights
and even can assign rights
mixing this into the long list is quite funny
as I ve stated before
there will be no administration rights outside of ZAMG
cause we are responsible
and in trouble if something goes wrong
as a guideline
_VIEW in general no Problem
EMAIL_VIEW as the registered user have not agreed -> NO
_DELETE as we have talked this should not be possible
cause I m not going to reinstall the backup every 5 minutes cause someone pressed the wrong button
everything else please split up in individual tickets
