Description
In order to make Flexpart-WRF (3.1, 3.2 and 3.3) work with nested input data, we had to remove/deactivate the section that reads the variable ALT in lines 595-611 in readwind_nests.f90.

This is inconsistent behavior between the readwind* routines. It is a left-over from an old surface option, which was dropped in the 3.0 release. FLEXPART-WRF should no longer accept SFC_OPTION=1, currently making the option redundant, I have opened ticket #160 to address this. Meanwhile, the reading of ALT will be removed in 3.3.1.
